It’s all about the money. I would give it -10 stars if I could. I took myself off of Suboxone last year, yet they wanted to see me every week or two for just lyrica. When I said I wanted out of that program as I no longer needed it I was basically told “Sure but you still need to come in every two weeks and submit a urine sample.” Is it just me or does that keep me in the program? When I refused, then I was also refused lyrics. Then I get a nasty phone call asking, “When you get a new primary care doctor, let us know so we can send your DRUG INFORMATION to them.” What the hell? All I needed was a primary care doctor. It’s all about the $$$ and by refusing me the only thing that helps me (no narcotics) I feel they were hoping I’d relapse so they could feel justified. I have a new primary care that is way more understanding. Negative 10 stars for me.

It would be a great idea to have the office email or text patients, instead of calling them, to remind them of their appointments or any non-urgent medical information.

It would be a good idea to leave some " Same Day Only " appointments available in the schedule everyday. Otherwise I like this office a lot
