I have called this office several times for various problems, re: prescription issues, general health concerns or insurance problems, the staff that answers the phone are always happy to help me-- they never make me feel like I am bothering them.
They always have same day sick appointments available, which is AMAZING because my previous family doctor never had sick appointments available--what good is a doctor if you cant see them when you are sick ??? The doctor I saw was Pat Powell she was very friendly and really took the time to understand my health issues. She has great clinical judgment and is very compassionate. I will recommend this doctors office to anyone who is looking for a doctor that is committed to excellent health care.

I usually see Pat. She's always patient and caring and actually listens to my concerns and addresses them with multiple possible solutions, so if the first isn't working we can try something else.

My first visit to this practice was very impressive. I drove over the state line into MD as I have not been impressed by the healthcare system in DE. I found Dr. Katz to be extremely thorough yet personable and caring at the same time. He took the time to get to know me (as did his staff) which was refreshing since no one likes being made to feel they are just a number. The office was warm, inviting and somewhat unique. There is a calming fish tank in the waiting room. They also have an OMT (Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment) Room and their own Lab Corp lab on site! In addition to Dr. Katz there are also one or two Nurse Practitioners on staff. I have been to several Drs. over the last couple decades but this is the first Dr. I feel I can trust the way I once did my family Dr. growing up. I have recommended Dr. Katz to my 23 year old daughter and she is scheduled for her first appointment in the near future!
